Connemara Chamber has ambitious plans for it’s long-term development in order to deliver on our founding goal of: ‘sensitive economic development and related activities for the benefit of the people of Clifden and Connemara.’ To move this goal on in a tangible way we need major funds >> to get major funds we need a major fundraiser >> to have a major fundraiser we need a major prize >> and that’s where we need the support from you. We have placed a deposit on a stunning apartment overlooking Clifden Harbour. NOW OPEN to contributions of €5k or more To get to our target of €370k we’re now giving the opportunity to provide a temporary loan to this project of €5k+. To get this phase of the project completed (and following some requests) it was necessary to open it up for lower loans. The fundraiser offered participants the chance to win a stunning apartment in Clifden valued at €350,000 through the purchase of a €100 raffle ticket, available online at winahomeinclifden.com, from the Clifden sales office, and at various local events.   Purpose of the Win A Home in Clifden fundraiser The Win a Home in Clifden fundraiser supports Connemara Chamber’s goal to establish a Community and Enterprise Hub in the heart of Clifden. A suitable premises has been identified, creating an immediate opportunity to develop a year-round centre for business and innovation in this primarily seasonal tourism region.
