​I’m, a Connemara native. Delighted to finally be back home after 16 years away (Australia, London and Spain). I’ve gained a wealth of knowledge on my travels but home is always home and it’s great to be back a few years now.​

I am a Reiki Master, Pranic Energy Healer, Integrated Energy Therapist, NLP Life Coach, Crystal Healer and EFT Practitioner. During the session, I intuitively use a mix of the above modalities, tailored to your individual specific needs on the day as the session flows. After a quick chat, just lie back, relax & let your worries fade away. Clients leave feeling relaxed, lighter, brighter more empowered.
