After 27 years in business, long-standing Connemara Chamber member Off The Square closed its doors in Clifden in September 2026.
Over the years, PJ and Maureen Heffernan and family built a well-known and well-respected local business, welcoming countless locals and visitors through their doors and making their own contribution to Clifden’s hospitality offering.
The Chamber would like to thank PJ and Maureen for their many years of support as Chamber members and, more importantly, for their contribution to the business and wider community of Clifden.
We wish PJ, Maureen and all the family every happiness as they enjoy a well-earned change of pace and begin the next chapter. Thank you for the many years, Off The Square – and very best wishes for what comes next.
