Tour de Bens Cycle Event attracts over 170 entries in its first Year
The inaugural ‘Tour de Bens’ setup by the Twelve Bens Cycling Club has attracted over 150 online entries.

This new event on the Connemara’s ever increasing list of sporting events is an 80km sportive for all levels of ability. The event took place on Saturday 9th September 2017. The route encompasses the majestic Twelve Bens mountains, through Letterfrack, Clifden, Inagh Valley, Renvyle & the Sky Road. There was also a shorter route of 57km available. This year’s event supported a local charity- Connemara Therapeutic Riding.
